Returns

We hope that you are totally chuffed with your purchase(s) from home byKirsty. Of course we know that sometimes you change your mind. It's totally fine if you do. You have 14 days to return the item(s) to get a full refund via the original payment method, or exchange or have a credit note. Orders placed online will not have the delivery charge refunded.

Sale items are NONE refundable.

We are not able to refund or exchange anything that is not in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and ready to be resold.

Custom or personalised products CAN NOT be returned.

Faulty/Damaged Items

Should an item be faulty or damaged, please let us know immediately (within 24 hours of receipt) via an email to info@homebykirsty.com, we will do our best to rectify it as soon as possible.

Products

We make every effort to ensure the product colours, finishes and descriptions are as accurate as possible on the website. However due to natures of digital reproduction as well as the handmade aspect of some of our products, we cannot guarantee exact depiction and variations may occur.

We reserve the right to remove or edit any products / delivery cost, materials, content or prices online at
any time. 

Privacy

We will only use your details to place & despatch your order, and to inform you of any new products or news about home byKirsty. We will not share / pass on your details to any third party. (Except if required by law).

Delivery

Posted within 3-5 days

Standard delivery via Royal Mail or Hermes is £3.95 within UK

We are only delivering to UK at the moment, please email (info@homebykirsty.com) for a quote if you would like delivery outside of the UK.

Standard Delivery 

Your parcel should arrive to you within 3 to 5 working days via Royal Mail or myHermes.

If you require your order urgently please contact us as soon as you have placed your order to let us know. 

Sometimes an item that you might have ordered could be out of stock. If this happens we will contact you as soon as we know this. We will advise you of the earliest possible delivery date of the item. If you are not totally happy with the alternative delivery time, then you can cancel the order immediately. We will of course refund you the full amount of the item ordered.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control can delay the delivery date. We cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay.

Cancellation of Order

You may cancel your order, providing your goods have not already been sent out. To cancel your order you must notify us by email to info@homebykirsty.com stating your name and order reference. If the goods have already been despatched then please follow our returns policy.
